1. Danlions divide the 224 countries and regions into two main parts. The first part includes:
Asia: Korea, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Kuwait.
America: Canada, USA.
Europe: Sweden, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, UK, Netherlands, France, Italy and Cyprus.
Africa: South Africa.
Oceania: Australia.
Other countries belong to the second part.

For agents of countries belong to the first part, the below conditions are necessary to become Danlions Sole Agent:
1. Cooperate with Danlions more than 3 months;
2.  The total amount of orders in every 3 months come to a certain level;
For agents of countries belong to the second part, the below conditions are necessary to become Danlions Sole Agent:
1. Have an independent sales net;
2. Promote feasible sales plans;
3. According to the sequence of applications, Danlions will decide the proper Sole Agent in one country or region;
Danlions Sole Agent can enjoy the below rights:
1. Danlions will promote the high position of Danlions Sole Agents and print symbols on distributor webpage or AD materials;
2. Danlions Sole Agent can enjoy higher percent discount on orders;
3.  Refuse other distributors to sell Danlions RC products in the same country or region;
4. Other rights.
